Many clients praise the helpful and friendly staff, especially Hilda and Star, who provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to assist with any issues. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a safe and secure environment. Clients appreciate the easy and quick rental process, and the facility's willingness to work with them to find a suitable storage unit. However, there was one instance of a break-in through the top vent, which was not handled properly by the facility.The only issue is that the facility did not do enough to prevent the break-in and did not respond appropriately to the situation. This highlights the need for better security measures and more effective response procedures. Despite this, the facility's overall quality, pricing, and innovativeness are still very good, and it is a recommended storage option for those in the area.
