The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are both designed for people with mobility issues. This is a positive aspect of the business. The working hours are somewhat limited, with no hours listed for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This may be a drawback for some customers. The staff seems to be helpful and friendly, as evidenced by some of the positive reviews. However, there have been reports of difficulty reaching the management team, with some customers leaving messages that are not returned. This is a concern that should be addressed. One customer reported issues with a pest infestation, which was not resolved in a timely manner. This highlights a potential issue with the property management services provided. Overall, the business seems to be adequate, but there are some areas that need improvement.
