This location has a diverse insurance offer, including car and life insurance. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the staff is professional and thorough in their work. On the other hand, some customers have reported having to deal with untrained or inexperienced staff, which can lead to poor customer service. The business is wheelchair accessible, has a gender-neutral restroom, and is LGBTQ+ friendly, making it a welcoming space for all customers. The prices are very competitive, which might be one of the reasons for the high rating in this category. However, some customers have reported issues with insurance premiums being too high and coverage not being adequate in case of an accident. The business has a strong online presence, and customers appreciate the helpful staff and good service. Overall, this location is a great option for those looking for affordable insurance, but it might not be the best choice for those seeking comprehensive coverage or top-notch customer service.
