The business is LGBTQ+ friendly and identifies as Latino-owned, providing a welcoming environment for diverse customers. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and helpful, with many customers praising their friendly and courteous service. On the other hand, some customers have experienced issues with unprofessional behavior, such as long lunch breaks and unexplained rate increases. There have also been complaints about the business practices, including refusing to do business in person and using questionable tactics to cancel policies. Overall, the quality of service seems to vary, but the pricing is generally considered reasonable.
