The business has a good reputation and is popular among customers. Many people have praised the friendly and helpful staff, with some reviewers noting that they have been visiting the store for years and have always received good service. The store offers a wide range of furniture options, including mattresses, and has reasonable prices. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the products, with a few reviewers mentioning that they received faulty or low-quality items. Despite this, the store has made efforts to improve its service and quality, with many reviewers noting that they have received good customer service and have been satisfied with their purchases. One notable issue is that some customers have reported being misled about the prices of products, with one reviewer mentioning that they were told a price over the phone only to be charged a higher price in-store. This suggests that the store may need to work on improving its communication and transparency with customers.
