The office staff is not particularly friendly, and the office itself is a bit disorganized. The biggest issue is that the staff loses paperwork and charts, as evidenced by a recent complaint from a parent. Despite this, some patients have had positive experiences, including one who highly recommends Dr. Barnard for his ability to get to the root of problems. The testing process is thorough and informative, but the follow-up process can be slow. Overall, the office is not particularly innovative, but the staff is trying to provide a helpful service.
