This gym seems to be a great place to work out, especially for those who value a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is described as friendly and encouraging, with many clients praising the classes and instructors. The gym offers a variety of classes, including Zumba, HIT, and boot camp, which caters to different fitness needs and goals. The location is also a plus, with many clients appreciating the neighborhood feel and the fact that it's a black-owned business. The gym is described as clean and well-maintained, with a refreshing smoothie bar and towel service. However, there seems to be an issue with the hours of operation, as one client mentioned that the gym is always closed when they try to visit. This might be a problem for those who rely on a specific schedule to work out.Overall, the gym seems to be a great option for those looking for a fun and supportive workout environment. However, it's essential to check the hours of operation before visiting.
