The office of the given H&R Block location is quite professional, providing valuable services to its clients. In particular, clients appreciate their tax preparers' knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness. Many were able to obtain refunds quickly and were satisfied with the service. On the other hand, there is one client who reported poor customer service, being denied a child tax credit and experiencing problems last year. It seems the office was not able to resolve this issue.
