This location provides good service, but there is one noticeable issue - poor communication with the client who had a question, which resulted in a call not being returned. However, many clients praise the staff's professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness in helping with their taxes. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, which makes clients feel comfortable and confident in their tax return. The working hours are somewhat inconvenient, with a long gap on Fridays and no service on Saturdays and Sundays. The staff seems to be very helpful in explaining the tax laws and new changes, which is beneficial for clients.
