This shop is a top-notch car service provider with a strong reputation. The owner Chris and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. They have a good understanding of different car makes, including Volkswagen and Audi, and are honest about the work they do. The waiting area is clean and kid-friendly, with a selection of toys, snacks, and drinks available. The team is transparent about the work they do and provide detailed explanations of the repairs.
While some customers have reported minor issues, such as the owner Chris being a bit pushy or trying to upsell services, these complaints are relatively rare. The majority of customers praise the shop's excellent service, fair pricing, and prompt communication.
The shop's commitment to quality and innovation is evident in their use of modern equipment and techniques. They also offer a range of services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and transmission fluid flushes. The team is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, as seen in their willingness to provide detailed explanations and recommendations for future repairs.
However, one issue that has been reported by a few customers is that the shop can be a bit expensive, especially for complex repairs. While the prices are generally fair, some customers have felt that they were overcharged for certain services.
Overall, HDS Automotive is a reputable and reliable car service provider that offers excellent service, fair pricing, and a commitment to quality and innovation. While there may be some minor issues with pricing, the shop's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, making it a great choice for car owners in the area.
