This business location has its pros and cons. The staff is generally kind and welcoming, with therapists who are patient and focused on the child's care. Many clients have seen significant progress in their children's speech and communication skills. The facility is clean and comfortable, with a calming room available for children who may need it. However, there have been some issues with scheduling, including difficulty in getting appointments or not being able to contact the office. In one case, a client had trouble getting through to the office by phone, but the issue was resolved after they contacted the office through email. One potential drawback is that the office is not always open, with Friday and Saturday hours not listed. However, the office does have extended hours, which is convenient for some families.Overall, this business seems to have a good reputation, with many satisfied clients. However, it's worth noting that not all staff members may be equally skilled or responsive, and some families may have trouble getting appointments or contacting the office. Some clients have praised the center's accommodating schedule, while others have mentioned that the therapists are professional, patient, and kind. The space is welcoming, and some clients have noted that the center allows them to sit in on sessions to learn how to work with their child at home. The center seems to be well-suited for families who are looking for speech therapy services, but it's worth doing some research and reading other reviews to get a more well-rounded view of the business.
