This business location has a convenient address on Blanco Rd Road in San Antonio City, making it easily accessible for customers. The working hours are also well-planned, with the same hours from Monday to Friday, which is a great plus for those who want to visit the location during the week.
The phone number and web link are also provided, which is a good practice for businesses to make it easy for customers to get in touch or learn more about the services offered.
IKENNA AUTO SALES is the co-brand associated with this business location, which could be a positive aspect as it might indicate a strong partnership or reputation.
However, there are some issues with quality control. Some customers have reported problems with the vehicles they purchased, such as mechanical issues and false advertising. This raises concerns about the reliability and honesty of the business.
There is a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service, with several reviews highlighting the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Felipe. However, this might be part of a larger issue of prioritizing sales over quality.
It's worth noting that many of the positive reviews are from customers who purchased vehicles, which could be seen as biased.
