This location is a great spot for those who need personal training. The quality of service is decent, but it could be improved. However, the prices are reasonable and the innovative approach to training is notable. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. One thing that stands out is the convenient working hours, from 9:30 to 5:30 on weekdays. On the downside, the swimming aspect, which is hinted at by the keywords, seems to be absent. Overall, it's a solid choice for personal training, but some may find it lacking in certain areas.
