I visited this used car dealership on Bandera Rd in San Antonio, and overall, I had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the process feel less stressful. However, I noticed that the quality of the cars they had on display was not as impressive as I had hoped. Some of the vehicles looked like they needed a good wash and detailing, which didn't give me much confidence in their maintenance history.Pricing-wise, I felt that the prices were reasonable, but not particularly competitive. I did some research beforehand and found similar models at other dealerships for a bit cheaper. Still, the sales team seemed knowledgeable and willing to work with me to find a good deal. One thing that might be worth mentioning is that the dealership seems to be owned by Jack's Kars, which could be a positive or negative depending on your perspective. I didn't have any issues with the ownership structure, but it's something to be aware of.Overall, I would say that this dealership is a solid option if you're in the market for a used car, but you might want to do some extra research before making a purchase.
