The building is wheelchair accessible, with a convenient parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to get around. The office is located in a quiet part of town, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by the variety of resources and information available on the shelves and in the display cases. The working hours are quite standard, from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with no Saturday or Sunday hours. I was a bit disappointed that the location is primarily focused on supporting a specific political campaign, rather than being a more general community resource. The area around the building is quite quiet and peaceful, which is a nice change of pace from the bustling city streets. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, and they seem to genuinely care about the work they are doing. One thing that might be improved is the lack of activities or events available to the public, other than the campaign events that are held here.
