I visited Jordan Foster Construction located at Building 14522, S U.S. Hwy 181 Street, San Antonio City. The construction company has a relatively poor overall rating, which makes me cautious about its services. The business has wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, which is a good feature for people with disabilities.Unfortunately, there have been some negative feedbacks from clients. Some of them mentioned that the company is not responsive and has poor communication. One client reported that they did not receive any communication after sending a detailed email. Moreover, there are issues with traffic flow around the construction site, and some clients have experienced problems with safety. For example, one client mentioned that they witnessed a vehicle straddling a double yellow line in two-way traffic, which is not safe. Regarding the management and employees, one client mentioned that they are behind schedule on every project, have terrible management, and employees. Another client reported that they have been consistently disappointed with the company's performance and lack of communication. The company's project timeline seems to be problematic, as one client reported that the exit at I-10 and 1604 has been under construction for a year and a half, and not a single person can be seen on the jobsite. The only positive feedback I found was that the company has a good pricing, which might be a reason why some clients have chosen them. However, this is not enough to compensate for the other issues. In general, I would not recommend Jordan Foster Construction due to the several negative feedbacks and issues with responsiveness, professionalism, and project management.
