I visited the medical practitioner located at Building 160, Creekside Way Street, Suite 602 in New Braunfels City. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, with both the parking lot and entrance being designed with accessibility in mind.The amenities are basic, but sufficient, with a restroom available for patients. I would have liked to see more amenities, but the ones provided are functional.The facility is co-branded with Juan Bazan, which may be a positive for some patients. Unfortunately, the keywords associated with this location are limited to 'practitioner', which doesn't give much information about the services offered.My main concern is the lack of transparency regarding the services and pricing. As a patient, I would want to know what to expect before visiting the location. I hope the management will address this issue in the future.
