I've been visiting the medical office at Building 250, E Basse Rd Road, Suite 107, San Antonio City, and my overall experience has been very good. The quality of care is high, and I feel confident in the expertise of the medical staff. The medical staff is very professional and caring, and they take the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Karla Avila, MD, MS, is an excellent internist who is knowledgeable and compassionate. She speaks Spanish, which is a big plus for me.The only thing that I wish was available is a more flexible schedule, as appointments are usually recommended, and it would be helpful to have some earlier or later appointment times available. I was impressed with the accessibility features of the office, including a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The office is well-organized, and the staff is very helpful. I appreciate the onsite services that are available, making it easy to get everything I need in one place.Overall, I would highly recommend this medical office to anyone looking for quality care from a skilled and compassionate doctor.
