University Health's physicians' location is situated in a conveniently accessible building, making it easy for visitors to navigate. The restroom is wheelchair accessible, which is a thoughtful consideration for people with mobility needs. Unfortunately, there is a need for improvement in managing appointments, as it is recommended but not necessarily a priority for visitors. Despite this, the family practice and pediatric services available at this location are certainly valuable to the community, providing a wide range of children's health services. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the lack of emphasis on appointment management detracts from the overall satisfaction.
