The staff at this surgery center is welcoming and professional. Dr. Yu is highly skilled and takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. He and his team are LGBTQ+ friendly and have a safe and inclusive environment for all patients. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with wheelchair-accessible seating, restrooms, and parking. However, one client had a disappointing experience with a phone call from a staff member who was perceived as rude. This issue highlights the importance of consistent customer service and ensures that the center is committed to continuous improvement. Despite this, the center's high rating and excellent reviews from satisfied clients demonstrate its commitment to delivering exceptional care and results.
