I visited Children's Dental Ark with my daughter, who was experiencing anxiety about her first dental appointment. Dr. Kit and his staff were incredibly patient and understanding, making her feel at ease throughout the process. The office is wheelchair accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Although there was a wait, it was not an issue for us as we were well-prepared and had a nice place to sit. The restroom is also wheelchair accessible. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment for my daughter's chipped tooth, which is a testament to their efficiency. Unfortunately, the staff could be more considerate of patients who arrive early, as they didn't seem to be ready for us right away. Overall, I would highly recommend Children's Dental Ark for their quality care and accommodating staff.
