This location seems to be a well-established barbershop, providing excellent services to its clients. The staff, led by Michele, are known for their professionalism and ability to understand and deliver what clients want. They are meticulous and take their time to ensure clients are satisfied with the results.
Many clients have expressed their satisfaction with the services they receive, praising the quality of the haircuts and the attention to detail. Some have even mentioned that they have been going to Michele for years and have never been disappointed.
The location itself appears to be welcoming and inclusive, catering to the LGBTQ+ community and providing a safe space for transgender individuals. The free parking lot and wheelchair-accessible entrance make it easily accessible for everyone.
However, one drawback that stands out is the inconsistent working hours, with Tuesday and Wednesday being closed. This may cause inconvenience for some clients who may have difficulty finding a suitable alternative.
Overall, Kutz by Kay is a great choice for those looking for high-quality haircuts and a welcoming atmosphere. While it may have some minor drawbacks, the excellent service and inclusive environment make it a standout in the area.
