This business location offers a great overall experience, but with some areas for improvement. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but the quality of service can be inconsistent at times. The prices are very competitive, making it a great value for customers. However, the location could benefit from some updates to its facilities and equipment to better match the high standard of the staff. Overall, it's a good option for those in need of car rental services, but there's room for growth. One major area that stands out as needing improvement is the maintenance of the vehicles. Some of the cars in the fleet appear to be showing signs of wear and tear, which could be a concern for customers. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot making it a convenient choice for customers with mobility issues. The partnership with Lackland BMT adds an extra layer of convenience for those in the military community.
