This place is a gem for medical care. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The office is well-organized and clean. The wait time is usually reasonable, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are very attentive and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand.Dr. Laura Sinclair-Rodriguez is an amazing doctor. She is always on time, and her patience to listen to detail is outstanding. She is very caring and takes the time to explain everything to you. The other staff members, including the nurse, are also very friendly and helpful.The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. The parking lot and entrance are also wheelchair accessible. The restroom is also wheelchair accessible, which is a must-have for anyone with mobility issues.However, there seems to be some issue with the communication from the office staff. One patient had to deal with a long wait time, poor communication, and abrupt cancellations. They also had trouble getting test results and updates on their patient portal. This is a major concern, as it can lead to delayed or missed appointments, and frustration for the patients. It's worth noting that this issue may be an isolated incident, and the office may have since addressed it.
