I've been to Law Offices of Alan Brown for a few issues and overall, I'm satisfied with the experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially during the initial consultation. The attorneys seem knowledgeable and are willing to explain the process in detail. However, the office can be a bit disorganized, and it may take some time to get a hold of someone on the phone. I've had to leave multiple messages before getting a response, which can be frustrating. Despite this, I've had some positive experiences, and the attorneys have been able to help me with my cases. One issue that I have is that the office doesn't seem to follow through on their promises. In one case, they told me that they would get back to me within a few days, but it took over a week to hear from them. This lack of communication can be a problem, especially when you're counting on the office to handle your case.
