This location is a good place to visit, especially for those interested in building and designing their own homes. The staff, particularly Parker, is very friendly and knowledgeable, making the home buying process much easier. They have a great sense of humor, which is a nice bonus. The Roosevelt Landing location seems to be well-organized, with regular working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, and 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM on Sunday. Unfortunately, the website is not very user-friendly and does not provide much information about the different homes and services offered.
