The building is easily accessible and has a designated wheelchair-accessible parking lot, which is a definite plus. Unfortunately, I did not find any other information about the company's offerings or services, so it's hard to gauge the overall quality of their work. From what I can tell, the company identifies as veteran-owned, which is a commendable aspect. The working hours seem a bit inconsistent, with extended hours on Thursdays but shorter hours on Fridays. The website http://www.malouffrealty.com/ appears to be a professional and standard real estate website. One issue I noticed is that the company was involved in a dispute with a former client, who claimed to have been charged $3,000 for basic cleaning after moving out.
