This place is a real gem. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that they have on-site parking, which makes it so much easier to get to my appointments. The free parking lot is also a great perk. However, I do think that the appointment scheduling process could be a bit smoother. I had to wait a bit to get in, but it was worth it in the end.The doctors here are top-notch, and I feel like I'm getting the best care possible. They take the time to listen to me and really understand my health concerns. I also appreciate that they offer a gender-neutral restroom, which is a big plus in my book.The wheelchair accessibility is also a major plus, as I know that not everyone is able to navigate stairs or narrow doorways. The parking lot, restroom, and entrance are all very accessible, which makes it so much easier for people with mobility issues to get in and out of the building.One thing that I think would be great is if they offered more flexible scheduling options. Sometimes I have to work late and can't make it to my appointments during the day. But overall, I'm really happy with the care I've received here and would definitely recommend it to others.The only thing that keeps me from giving it a full 5 stars is the fact that I had to wait a bit to get in. But I understand that things like that can happen, and it's not a big enough issue to keep me from coming back.
