Established in 1979.Dr. Marshall Reddick began his career in 1970 as a Business Professor at California State University, Los Angeles. After 5 years of teaching and living paycheck to paycheck, he began looking for a better way to build income. In 1975, he purchased his first investment property--a condo on the water in Lake Arrowhead, CA. After 3 years of rental income, appreciation, and tax benefits, he realized he found the answer to creating wealth. From this experience, Marshall Reddick Real Estate was born with the vision of simplifying residential real estate. Dr. Reddick wanted to make financial independence accessible to everyone by providing the necessary education and the entire team of realtors, lenders, contractors, and property managers all in one place. Many things have changed since Dr. Reddick founded Marshall Reddick Real Estate back in 1979. However, his real estate principles and legacy live on and are stronger today than ever before.
