Unfortunately, my experience with McNicholas Realtors was overwhelmingly negative. From the initial application process to the final move-out inspection, I encountered numerous issues with the company's responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. The application process was confusing and disorganized, with Becky Kelly providing unclear instructions and charging unnecessary fees. When I inquired about the property, I was met with a tone that was unprofessional and dismissive. The lack of communication and poor customer service continued throughout my time renting the property.Multiple issues arose with the home, including faulty garage doors, a malfunctioning dishwasher, and a non-working A/C unit. When I reported these problems, I was told that it was not the company's responsibility, and I was expected to handle the issues on my own. The only time they took action was when I threatened to take matters into my own hands, and even then, it was half-hearted and unenthusiastic. The move-out inspection was a disaster. Despite explicitly stating that I wanted to be present, the company ignored my requests and proceeded with the inspection without me. The subsequent communication from Becky was dismissive and unapologetic, with no effort made to rectify the situation. The only positive aspect of my experience was receiving my full deposit back after a lengthy and arduous process. However, this was likely due to the fact that I had documented everything and was prepared to dispute any charges.Overall, I would not recommend McNicholas Realtors to anyone. The company's lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior make it a business that is best avoided.
