This location is a great spot for getting a haircut, with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. The barbers are skilled and do a great job, but there's room for improvement in terms of quality control. Prices are reasonable and competitive, which is a big plus. The barbershop is also quite innovative, with a unique atmosphere that's perfect for both kids and adults. However, one notable issue is that the person who answers the phone can be rude and dismissive, which is a major turn-off for potential customers. It's a shame, because the shop has a lot to offer, but this one issue holds it back from being truly exceptional. Despite this, the shop's wheelchair accessibility is a big plus, making it easy for everyone to get a haircut. Overall, it's a solid choice for those in the area, but could use some work on the phone service. The shop's hours are pretty standard, with extended hours on weekdays and a shorter day on Saturday. The Co-Brands with Members Only Grooming Lounge is a nice touch, adding an extra layer of credibility to the shop.
