This Michaels store has a wide selection of art and hobby supplies, home decor, and gift items. The store is well-organized, and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. Many customers appreciate the variety of products and services offered, including classes and custom framing. However, some customers have experienced issues with finding specific items or receiving poor customer service. One potential area for improvement is the pricing, as some customers find it to be a bit high compared to other craft stores. Despite this, the store's overall quality and innovativeness are impressive, with many customers praising the unique products and services offered. A customer issue to note is that sometimes the staff seems understaffed, which can lead to long wait times and difficulty finding assistance.
