This used car location seems to have both positive and negative aspects. The business has a relatively good overall rating, but it's marred by some customers' experiences with difficulties in getting their vehicles or refunds. Some clients praised the variety of vehicles available, the advice they received, and the excellent and fast service. On the other hand, two customers had a nightmare experience with the business, claiming they were misled and deceived by the salesperson, and their payment was held without justification. One customer even went as far as to say they would never do business with the man again. The variety of vehicles available is a definite plus, but the issues with customer service and communication seem to be a major concern. The pricing of the vehicles seems to be competitive, but it's hard to tell without more information. The innovativeness of the business is also a positive aspect, with a 4.2 score. However, this is somewhat offset by the lack of clear and transparent communication with customers, as evidenced by the negative reviews. One major issue that stands out is the need for improved customer service and communication. The business seems to have a tendency to prioritize their own interests over those of their customers, which can lead to trust issues and a negative experience. This is a major red flag and something that the business needs to address in order to improve its overall rating.
