Muse Nail Studio is a popular nail salon located on Blanco Rd in San Antonio. The studio is owned by Melodie, who takes great pride in her work and provides excellent customer service. The salon is clean and welcoming, with a comfortable atmosphere that makes clients feel at ease. The services offered at Muse Nail Studio include manicures, pedicures, and nail art. The studio uses high-quality products, such as Kokoist, which ensures that clients receive the best possible results. Many clients have praised Melodie's attention to detail and her ability to listen to their needs and exceed their expectations. One area for improvement is the pricing of some services. While the prices are generally competitive, some clients have reported issues with products falling off or not lasting as long as expected. However, the owner has taken steps to address these issues and provide solutions for clients.Overall, Muse Nail Studio is a great option for those looking for high-quality nail services in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The studio is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly, making it a great choice for individuals from all walks of life.In order to improve, the studio could consider providing more detailed information about their services and pricing on their website or social media channels. This would help to ensure that clients have a clear understanding of what to expect and can make informed decisions about their services. The studio's commitment to providing high-quality services and excellent customer service is evident in the many positive reviews from satisfied clients. With a few minor adjustments, Muse Nail Studio has the potential to become an even more exceptional nail salon experience.
