This place is a breath of fresh air. The office is clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff that makes you feel at ease. Dr. Ruhnke and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns, providing thorough explanations and care. They are also very kind and understanding, making you feel like part of the family. The office is well-organized and efficient, with a quick and easy check-in process. The only downside is that the staff can be a bit forgetful at times, with some patients reporting issues with follow-up appointments and test results. However, this is a minor issue and does not detract from the overall excellent care provided. Overall, My Health Family Practice is a wonderful place to receive medical care, with a team that truly cares about their patients.
