This business is located in a convenient spot and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, making visitors feel at ease. They are good for kids, which is a plus for families. Appointments are recommended, but they do seem to be flexible with their schedules. The restroom is available for customers, which is a nice touch. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, and so is the entrance to the building. The business is co-branded with New Beginnings Hair Studio, which suggests a high level of professionalism. The working hours are a bit limited, but they are still suitable for most people's needs. However, the Monday and Friday closures might be a drawback for some.
