This medical facility is located in a convenient spot, easily accessible by car. Unfortunately, the lack of walk-in appointments creates a barrier for those who may need immediate medical attention. The building has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it easier for people with mobility issues to enter the premises. The parking lot and restrooms are also wheelchair accessible. The medical staff seems to be competent, but the waiting time can be long. The facility is relatively clean and well-maintained. However, the lack of communication from the office staff, as evident from the complaints about phone calls going to advertisements, is a major concern. Overall, the experience is decent, but there is room for improvement. A major issue with the office's communication system has been reported, where phone calls are being rerouted to advertisements, which can be frustrating and even deceitful for patients trying to contact the office.
