The location has a limited selection of services, and it seems that the medical professionals might be too busy to devote sufficient time to each patient. Appointments are recommended, and office staff often refer patients to charge nurses and practice staff, creating a sense of disconnection. While the office has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot, the lack of clear communication with patients, as seen in the negative reviews, raises concerns. It's worth noting that some patients have reported difficulty getting appointments, including calls being ignored, which can be particularly frustrating when dealing with sensitive health issues. The office's poor communication skills have led to negative outcomes, and it's understandable that some patients are switching to other doctors. Overall, this location could benefit from improving its communication and patient care, as well as addressing its issue with not returning calls.
