The hospital is located in a convenient spot on Carriage Hills Dr Drive in San Antonio City, easy to find and access. The building itself is well-maintained and clean. I was impressed with the wheelchair accessible features such as the parking lot, entrance, and restroom, which shows they care about people's needs. Although I didn't need to make an appointment, I was able to get seen by a physician pretty quickly. The restroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and professional. One thing that caught my attention was the number of patients waiting in the lobby, which might be due to the lack of online appointment scheduling.
