I visited this property management location and found it to be somewhat disappointing. Although the building itself is easily accessible for people with wheelchairs, thanks to the wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, the services provided by the management team left much to be desired. However, I was unable to find any information about their pricing or services on their website, http://www.sarentals.info/. The company's partnership with Performance Matters Property Management - Keller Williams Realty is a good thing, but it did not seem to bring any benefit to the clients. The overall rating of this location is quite low, with only one rating available, and it's 1.0.Two clients had a really bad experience with this company. One of them was left without hot water for four days, which is unacceptable. Another client had to deal with broken promises and frustration from the property management owner, who failed to make necessary repairs to the property. These issues are a major concern and make me hesitant to recommend this location to anyone.
