This business location has a solid reputation with a high overall score. Clients praise the high-quality work done by the owners, John and his wife. They are known for their expertise in repairing electronics, including radios, instrument clusters, and more. The pricing is considered fair and reasonable, especially compared to other repair shops. The business's innovativeness is also noteworthy, as they have a unique approach to fixing complex electronics issues. Some customers have reported having a pleasant experience with the owners, who are described as friendly, professional, and courteous. The business has a good reputation among car enthusiasts and owners, who appreciate the honest and transparent approach to repairs. One potential issue to be aware of is that some customers have reported encountering a rude staff member when they first walked in. However, this does not seem to be a common issue, and the owners' expertise and customer service skills are highly valued by most clients.
