The staff is friendly and courteous, taking the time to explain the treatment plan and answer any questions patients may have. While some patients have reported long wait times, this is not a consistent issue. Overall, the clinic provides excellent care and services to its patients. The only issue that stands out is the response to the patient who had a bad experience with the front desk staff, who hung up on them after they tried to call to speak to the office manager. However, the clinic's response to this issue was defensive and dismissive, which may not have been the best way to handle the situation.
