The location of the Pure Barre Huebner Commons fitness center is excellent, with a beautiful and spacious studio in a great easy-access location. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their fitness goals. The owners and instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions during classes, answering questions and offering modifications for every fitness level. The workouts are low-impact, high-intensity, and great for balance, strength, toning, and increasing flexibility. The studio provides all necessary equipment, and classes are kept small to ensure a supportive and personalized experience. However, some clients have experienced issues with customer service, particularly with regards to cancellations and refunds. The studio's cancellation policy can be strict, and clients have reported difficulty in getting refunds or resolving issues with their accounts.
