The business at Randolph Auto Sales on Randolph Blvd Boulevard in San Antonio City is a decent option for used car buyers. Their open hours from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday make it convenient for those looking to purchase a vehicle. The business identifies as Latino-owned and is LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a positive aspect for those in the community. The dealership offers a range of services, including repair services, oil change, car wash, and buying used goods. Additionally, the business is wheelchair accessible, both in terms of the entrance and the restroom. However, the prices of the vehicles may be high, which is a potential drawback for some buyers. Despite this, the business has a good reputation with many customers praising their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Some reviewers have mentioned that the business is willing to work with buyers to find a suitable vehicle within their budget. However, there are some concerns about the quality of the vehicles being sold, with some reviewers reporting issues with the cars they purchased. A potential issue with the business is the inconsistent communication with customers, with some reviewers mentioning that the sales staff were difficult to reach or unresponsive.
