I visited the Florists location at Building 1721, Blanco Rd Road, San Antonio City, and overall it was a mediocre experience. The business has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is a plus. However, the attitude of some staff members can be quite off-putting. I came across a couple of reviews from customers who had a negative experience with a staff member who was rude and yelled at them. It's clear that some staff members can be quite aggressive. This experience was highlighted in two separate reviews where customers expressed their disappointment with the way they were treated. One customer felt that they were unfairly treated and had their car threatened to be towed without any clear signage. Another customer felt that they were treated rudely by a staff member who was taking pictures of their car.
