I recently visited Building 4655 on Walzem Rd Road in San Antonio City. The location is easily accessible and has a professional ambiance. However, the quality of service is a concern. Multiple clients have reported issues with unprofessional behavior from certain agents, including Jenny Rose Trujillo, who is accused of being unresponsive to tenant concerns and attempting to withhold security deposits. Some clients have praised specific agents, such as Iris Perez and Roger Fisher, for their professionalism and knowledge. However, the inconsistency in service quality is a significant issue. Pricing seems to be reasonable, with clients appreciating the value they receive for their money. Unfortunately, I did not find any information about the company's innovativeness, such as any new initiatives or technologies being implemented. Overall, the experience at this location is mixed, and potential clients should be cautious when choosing an agent. I noticed that several clients had issues with getting their security deposits back and were unhappy with the communication from the property management team. This issue should be addressed to improve the overall customer experience.
