The office itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable waiting areas. The extensive hours of operation, including availability on weekends, are a definite plus. However, some may find the extended operating hours overwhelming. The office environment is welcoming and inclusive, especially for the LGBTQ+ community. It is clearly marked as a transgender safespace. The office is also equipped with wheelchair-accessible features, including parking and an entrance. The online appointment scheduling feature is a convenient option for those who prefer to plan ahead. However, some individuals may feel that the services offered are a bit expensive.
