This medical facility has been described as having extremely poor communication and professionalism. The staff seems to be understaffed and inefficient, leading to long wait times and unmet expectations. Patients have reported being told that the clinic would close early without warning, leaving them stranded. The lack of respect and courtesy from some employees has also been highlighted as a major issue. One reviewer mentioned that they were treated poorly by a specific employee, who was rude and belittling. The clinic's ability to handle paperwork and medical procedures has also been called into question, with one reviewer reporting that their husband was held in medical hold for months due to a simple mistake. Despite some reviews indicating that the facility is clean and accessible, the overall experience seems to be marred by poor service and communication. One reviewer mentioned that the clinic is only open to the public under certain circumstances, which may not be clearly communicated. The long wait times and unmet expectations may be frustrating for patients, especially those in need of medical attention.
