This medical facility has a convenient location in San Antonio City, making it easily accessible for patients. The building is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and entrances designed for people with mobility issues. However, one major issue is the rudeness of some employees, as reported by a patient who had a poor experience. A patient's father was denied access to the bathroom on the first floor, and the staff's attitude was unhelpful. Fortunately, the facility's amenities, such as the restroom, are well-maintained and available to patients. The staff, on the other hand, seems to be very professional and welcoming, as reflected in several positive reviews. A patient praised the front office receptionist for making them feel welcome, and the nurses and doctors were described as kind and patient. The facility's working hours are standard, with no services offered on weekends. While the employees' behavior is a concern, the facility's quality and pricing seem to be satisfactory.
