This car service location seems to have a decent overall reputation, but with some room for improvement. The quality of their work seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers praising the professionalism and honesty of the staff, while others have had negative experiences with faulty repairs and unprofessional behavior. The pricing is generally considered to be reasonable, but some customers have felt ripped off or overcharged. The innovativeness of the service is somewhat lacking, with some customers feeling that the staff is not particularly knowledgeable or up-to-date with the latest technology. However, there are also many positive reviews that praise the speed and convenience of the service. The location is well-equipped with amenities such as a restroom and a mechanic, and offers services such as oil changes and inspections. The business is wheelchair accessible and has a credit card payment option. The working hours are consistent and well-posted, making it easy for customers to plan their visits. However, the long wait times and communication breakdowns experienced by some customers are a major concern.
